The following booking conditions apply to your reservation at Cascina del Riccio - Casa Raffaele:

1. Reservation Confirmation: A booking is binding only if confirmed in writing (via email or through the booking system on our website) by us.

2. Payment Methods: A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required for the booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

3. Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or changes made after this time will result in the retention of the deposit.

4. No Show: In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the booking will be charged, and the deposit will be retained.

5. Pets: Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and subject to an additional fee.

6. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside Casa Raffaele. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

7. Liability: We do not accept liability for losses, thefts, or damages to guests' personal property during their stay.

8. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 14:00 onwards. We kindly ask our guests to notify us by phone in case of late arrival. Check-out is until 11:00.

9. Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served from 07:00 to 10:00.

10. Use of Facilities: Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

11. Key Loss: In case of loss of the room key, a fee will be charged.

12. Damages: Guests are responsible for damages incurred during their stay and must pay for any repairs or replacements.

13. Changes to Booking Conditions: We reserve the right to change these booking conditions at any time. The amended conditions will take effect from the date of publication on our website.
